For theses days, black color is not allowed. People can wear red color as it is appreciated due to its association with happiness. Houses are decorated with red color wall hangings, and a word FU is written over it which means luck and happiness. They buy flowers to welcome the spring and new beginning.
On the eve of Chinese New Year, families visit each other places to meet and share happiness. It is customary to prepare eight to nine dishes. The main two Islamic festivals are Eid-ul-Fitar and Eid-ul-Azha. Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated after observing one month fasting. It is the day of first Shawwal. After Eid prayer people exchanged sweet dishes and meet with their relatives and friends. They exchange their happiness with others. This event helps the people to make their relations more powerful, loving and caring.
