From September 16, 2016, logging in to the iPKO website takes place in two steps (in the first, you enter your customer number or login, and in the second – the password) and it has been secured with an additional element – a self-selected security image, which is an additional authentication of the login page.
The security image is a new element that secures logging into the iPKO website, visible next to the field for entering the password. The presentation of the picture chosen by you during each login is an additional confirmation that the login takes place on the website of PKO Bank Polski. If, while logging in, you see an image other than the one you selected or the presented data raise your doubts, stop logging in and contact the iPKO consultant:
- 800 302 302 (no fees for domestic numbers within the territory of the country; in other cases – fee in accordance with the operator’s tariff),

- or with any branch of PKO Bank Polski.
